This is an intense training program designed for ladies with at least 8 months of experience in the gym. The purpose of this workout regimen is not so oriented towards weight loss, as it is to maintaining kilograms with a gradual increase over time in the weight percentage of muscle versus fat tissue.
After you give birth, you can start making a slow transition to normal workouts, that include activities you might have not been able to do, whilst you were pregnant (Cycling, certain exercises, etc.)The workouts will begin with low intensity, gradually reaching your previous feats of strength and endurance.
