What Is Mi40
Mi40 is a program that is based around four key factors including time under tension, neurological overload, proper range of motion, as well as the ability to increase your muscle torque produced. As you’ll see when you look through his manual, everything is focused around the number 40.
You’ll take 40 seconds to complete each set, 40 seconds of rest in between, keep your workouts to 40 minutes, include 40 different exercises, and do the program for 40 days total. Now, this is a bit of a fancy marketing scheme – the 40 everything but it is based around scientific concepts and should work for the average trainee. All in all, you are equipped with quite a bit of info in this one program. It’s nice that Ben has included both nutrition and training information to give you the complete package. Some of these programs will have you purchasing hundreds of dollars’ worth of product in order for them to work and that is after you’ve already bought the program.

Who Is Mi40 Best Suited For?
So who should use Mi40? This program, while can be done by the brand new beginner, is probably best suited to someone who has been exercising for at least 6 months before. It’s good to have a base level of weight training conditioning behind you as the program is going to take you through a high level of intensity.
By having some experience, your body will be primed to perform optimally. It’s a great program for someone who is dedicated to exercising regularly and making changes with their nutrition plan. Note that you do not need to have a PhD in nutrition to understand the program however or be a master chef.
Ben has made it quite simple and even has provided complete meal plans so if you have very little kitchen experience at all, you’ll still be able to follow the plan.
