  • 700g Chicken fillet
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Onion
  • 7 Cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Cumin
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • 2 Sprigs of dill
  • Salt, black pepper and red pepper to taste

  • The ingredients are cleaned.
  • All ingredients are put in a chopper until mixed well (along with meat).
  • The mixture is then left for about an hour in the refrigerator, but if you do not have time you can instantly shape the meatballs with wet hands and bake them on a preheated pan or a non-sticking coating.
