Ingredients

  • 400g cauliflower
  • 1 egg
  • 80g Mozzarella
  • 40g Cedar
  • 100g chicken fillet
  • 1 tomato or 100g tomato paste
  • 60g vegetables
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Rosemary, basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste

Recipe

Cauliflower is shredded or put into a blender until it becomes small crumbs.

Blended cauliflower is poured into a bowl, covered and placed for 5-6 minutes in the microwave.

Then the cauliflower is transferred to a towel, wrapped in a bad and drained out of water (be careful because it is hot).

The resulting cauliflower dough is mixed with 1 egg, 40 grams of mozzarella and 20 grams of cedar, 1 crushed clove of garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.

The mixture is spread on a baking tray with a baking sheet and roasted at 250 degree at the middle of the oven until it get red on the top.

In the meantime prepare the ingredients for the stuffing. The chicken fillet is pre-cooked and cut only, the vegetables are cut into pulp, and the tomato paste, 1 clove of crushed garlic, salt and pepper.

Take out the pizza base and top it with tomato paste, add chicken fillet, vegetables, 40g mozzarella, 20g cedar and finally sprinkle with a little oregano.

It is baked for another 7-8 minutes and then is ready and enjoy.

What comes out of the oven is a delicious, pizza which only has roughly 100 calories per piece, yet still provides you with a decent amount of valuable macronutrients, that can replenish your energy stores and stimulate muscle recovery.

This low calorie pizza is a perfect option for the days when you are low on physical activity, but still want to enjoy some pizza without having to worry about gaining fat or retaining water, which can worsen your physical shape.
